Welcome to Leaves Pavilion, a stunning 4 bedroom beachfront Villa set on two acres of lush, tropical gardens with over 200 ft of frontage to the Caribbean Sea. The villa comes with a very large pool and offers guest wonderful sea views.

Leaves Pavilion is located near Speightstown. At the end of the garden lay the immaculate white sands and crystal blue waters of the Caribbean Sea where there is a reef, which is ideal for swimming and snorkeling. There is also a stunning sandy located to the north or south of the property which is easy to walk to and here the water is almost always calm and suitable for swimming and snorkeling.

The historic town of Speightstown is within walking distance, and you can find good shopping, banks, boutiques, sidewalk vendors offering local produce and ground provisions as well as excellent casual dining options in this charmingly unspoiled little town. Speightstown is water front and is away from the main highway, reflecting the charm of Old Barbados. Holetown is also a great shopping and dining area, and is located just a short 15 minute drive.
