The visionaire behind La Datcha is no other than Oleg Tinkov, a successful Russian businessman, founder of Tinkoff Bank, and well known amongst cyclist enthusiats for owning and managing the Tinkoff cycling team. Courchevel 1850, the highest and most prestigious village of the resort of Courchevel, has been chosen to host La Datcha. There are several remarkable chalets in Courchevel but La Datcha deserves the detour.

The particularity of La Datcha lies in the interior design. The architect, Vasiliy Shprits, combines the much appreciated traditional chalet decor with natural wooden furnishings, with details that give La Dame its uniqueness and luxurious atmosphere: the fur, the traditional Russian motifs for the fireplace, the gold leaf finish for chandeliers, Curtains in linen and jacquard, furniture in leather or canvas, not to mention the classical elegance of silk. The design, the elements of the decoration and the materials chosen express the best that can be found in Russia and Europe. An atypical Russian touch is the chic 60’s collectors car, 6-seater, fully renovated, with a modern engine. This is a unique concept in the Alps.

The interior architect, Vasiliy, conceived the chalet so that it would be enjoyed level by level, starting with the top floor, where the living room hosts a large fireplace and offers a breathtaking view. Imagine waking up with the surrounding scenery of the resort and having your breakfast prepared by a two-star Michelin-starred Chef while discussing the program of the day with your loved ones. It is crucial to be able to meet the most distinguished tastes, which is why Oleg Tinkov and his sommeliers offer you a list of wines from the best of private wineries.

All living areas and bedrooms are decorated in a unique style.
