Cortina d’Ampezzo

Known as “The Queen of the Dolomites”, Cortina d’Ampezzo is the most exclusive resort of the ski-area Dolomiti Superski, one of the world’s largest ski circuits with 1200 km of slopes. It is situated in the heart of the Dolomites, mountain chain in northern Italy, part of the Unesco World Natural Heritage.

Cortina d’Ampezzo was the host town of the 1956 Winter Olympics and has a long winter sports tradition. There are three main ski areas: Cortina Cube, Tofana and Lagazuoi. Thanks to its natural attractions, it is the ideal location for hiking and trekking. There is also the opportunity to practice ice hockey, bobsleigh and snow-kiting. Cortina d’Ampezzo offers an enchanting mix of art and fashion, its name is linked with luxury tourism and with the European jet set.
